I am currently wrapping up my next album. This next album will be called : “Fuck This I’m Goin’ To Hollywood”

There are 10 songs on it, three of which are ‘Fail Forward’, ‘Chocolate Mountain Moonrise’, and ‘Used Like New’.
After this album there are 6 more in queue (5 of these were written from 2017-2023 around the time Fail Forward was written. But I never had the time or means to record them, so better late than never) One of these upcoming albums was written throughout this last year.

So if you like my music that’s good news haha.


Thanks for your patience if you’ve been waiting for my next release, or if you’re just wondering what the heck i’ve been up to…
Aside from finishing this new album, I have also been keeping myself balanced and happy with other passions such as composing the score to an indie video game, rekindling my love for painting and sculpting, and discovering a love for literature. I’m currently finishing up a fictional short story.
Interwoven throughout it all is of course is a new obsession with pipe tobacco and vintage things that don’t require a battery or a subscription.

HBO Max’s Hit Show “The Pitt” Picks Up
‘Fail Forward’
For End Credits Of Season 1

Taji’s newest single, “Fail Forward,” was chosen as the end credits of Season 1 for HBO Max’s hit TV show ‘The Pitt’. The song encapsulates the mania of perseverance despite pain, so well portrayed in the show. There's a beauty to the jagged optimism of the lyrics: “I’m a little bit fucked up in my head. I must be some kind of fucked up to try again and again.”
